This policy explains how the website handles enquiries and self-assessment information. It is not a substitute for project-specific legal, privacy or security review.
What we collect
The assessment and contact forms request business contact and organizational context, such as your name, role, organization, website, country, time zone, practice type, business goal, email address, optional phone number and message. Submit only business information. Do not send patient names, records, symptoms, clinical files or other sensitive health information through this website.
How we use it
We use submitted details to understand your enquiry, assess fit, respond to you and prepare an appropriate next step. Authorized team members can review submissions in the private lead workspace. We do not sell submitted contact information.
The DIY growth audit
The self-check runs in your browser tab. Your answers are not sent to our server, saved to browser storage or emailed automatically. Refreshing or leaving the page clears them. Downloading the plain-text summary creates a file on your device.
Service providers and retention
Website hosting and form storage rely on approved third-party infrastructure, including Vercel and Supabase. Enquiries are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the business relationship, operations, security and applicable legal requirements.
Advertising and Meta lead forms
We run ads on Facebook and Instagram. When someone submits a Meta instant form, Meta shares the details they entered (such as name, phone number, email address, practice details and form answers) with us. We use those details only to respond to the enquiry and send the requested AI visibility report. This website also uses the Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance. To request deletion of information submitted through a Meta form, email automizemedialabs@gmail.com.
