How it is reviewed
The responsible team reviews the issue in context. Factual corrections, privacy requests, service concerns and security reports may follow different review paths. Where a client’s clinical reviewer or another responsible party controls the underlying information, we may need their confirmation before changing published material.
Responsible disclosure
If you identify a potential security issue, provide enough detail to reproduce it without accessing, altering or exfiltrating data. Do not include secrets, patient information or unnecessary personal data in the report.
