Trust depends on what we can stand behind.

How we approach healthcare marketing content, clinical review, sourcing and the limits of our claims.

01 / Editorial standards

Separate marketing expertise from medical authority.

Automize Media Labs is a healthcare growth consultancy, not a healthcare provider. Our website explains marketing and operational services. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment or replace a consultation with a qualified clinician.

For client patient-facing content, the client designates a suitably qualified clinical reviewer. Their identity and credentials are used only with confirmation and permission; our founders are not presented as medical reviewers.

02 / Editorial standards

Use evidence in its proper context.

Material clinical claims should reference appropriate, identifiable sources and be checked by the clinical reviewer. Statistics need a source, timeframe, population and relevant limitations. An isolated number or general average must not become a promise about an individual patient.

We do not manufacture studies, accreditation, logos, testimonials, client results or author credentials. Examples and forecasts must be recognisable as illustrations or scenarios, never disguised as achieved performance.

03 / Editorial standards

Review before publishing. Correct when needed.

The intended workflow is brief, draft, source check, clinical review where needed, client approval and publication. AI tools may assist drafting or organisation, but their output is not evidence and does not remove human review responsibilities.

Content maintenance should respond to material changes in services, guidance and claims. Publication and review dates are shown only when supported by actual records. Existing published Insights are not automatically represented as clinically reviewed.

04 / Editorial standards

Be honest about search and measurement.

E-E-A-T is not a certification or a ranking score. Structured data must describe visible, legitimate content, not invented expertise. We do not promise search rankings, AI recommendations or FAQ rich results.

Performance reports should define their metrics and show attribution gaps. Forecasts state assumptions and uncertainty. To flag a factual issue, contact us with the page URL, the specific statement and an appropriate supporting source so it can be reviewed.
